∎ Need to have solid working experience with Wholesalers/ Distributors/ Manufacturers/ Importers
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and manage a team to effectively segment the market and assign categorized acquisition tasks.
∎ Supervise sourcing and onboarding of the leads based on the requirements.
∎ Effectively overseeing team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly target.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to identify the right sellers and market and onboard potential sellers.
∎ Acquire and convert big sellers through proper pitching and maintaining relationships with key people by negotiating competitive prices at category and SKU levels and making the sellers align with the regular terms and conditions of business.
∎ Establish relationships & drive negotiations with existing and potential sellers.
∎ Execute consignments from large sellers and ensure quick sell-out through proper follow-up with category teams, traffic ops, and marketing.
∎ Share regular consignment stock updates and SKU updates through follow-up with respective teams.
∎ Manage Seller Center apps by coordinating with the sellers and sharing business insights with sellers given by the line manager regularly.
∎ Maintain and deepen large seller relationships by giving each seller and owner individual attention to ensure business growth through negotiating rock-bottom prices at the SKU level.
∎ Analyze competition and take corrective actions against competition's aggressive moves through market intelligence.
