Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company's business.
∎ Maintain close relationship with the law enforcing agencies so that in case of emergency the park can have necessary support from them easily.
∎ Develop &train a competent in house fire fighting team able to contribute in the area of fire prevention & fire fighting for the park.
∎ Ensure collection of rent from the company tenants from shop and follow up payment of the utility and other necessary bills.
∎ Supervise overall activities of the security guards deployed in different projects/units.
∎ Determine the actual number of Security Personnel needed by considering the number of Security Posts, nos. of shifts & other strategic requirement for different projects/units.
∎ Review the duty roster prepared for security guards to find out if there is any inconsistency and inform the appropriate authority immediately.
∎ Ensure that the Security personnel while on duty are always properly equipped with necessary items like whistle, torch, baton etc. including Uniform.
∎ Make frequent surprise visit for checking duties of security personnel.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting with the Security Personnel to know about their problems and suggestions for continuous improvement.
∎ Inform immediately the concerned authority regarding any unwanted or unusual situation.
∎ Prepare monthly report on the overall Security activities & submit the same to the concerned authority.
∎ Look after the overall administration matters of the park under the guidance of General Manager - FLC.
∎ Any other assignment given by the supervisor from time to tome.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ex-Army personnel (non commissioned officer) up to the rank of WO are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should be hard working, proactive and possess very good physique.
