• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/EEE Engineering/MBA with relevant job experience.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the field of surveying instruments, geospatial technology, or lab equipment.

• Experience in handling government tenders, project-based sales, or institutional clients will be a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of surveying applications and GIS software will be considered a plus.

• Willingness to travel across the country when required.

• Lead and manage sales and marketing team for survey equipment and related software.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

• Identify potential market segments.

• Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction through technical presentations and solution-based selling.

• Manage distribution channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest market positioning improvements.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for management review.
