Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Civil/EEE Engineering/MBA with relevant job experience.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the field of surveying instruments, geospatial technology, or lab equipment.
Experience in handling government tenders, project-based sales, or institutional clients will be a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of surveying applications and GIS software will be considered a plus.
Willingness to travel across the country when required.
Lead and manage sales and marketing team for survey equipment and related software.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Identify potential market segments.
Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction through technical presentations and solution-based selling.
Manage distribution channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest market positioning improvements.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for management review.
