Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are a leading organization engaged in the marketing and distribution of premium lubricant products across country. To support our growing operations and aggressive expansion plan, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – (Sales & Marketing).
∎ Develop and implement Yearly strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
∎ Develop and execute monthly action plans to boost revenue and market share.
∎ Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify expansion opportunities.
∎ Manage and lead a team of sales executives to drive performance and expand market share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and industrial clients.
∎ Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns and participate in trade shows/exhibitions.
∎ Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely support.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and manufacturers.
∎ Oversee inventory management, minimizing aging stock, and optimizing slow moving product actions.
∎ Ensure accurate stock reporting, Audits and loss prevention protocols.
∎ Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
∎ Manage contracts, purchase orders, and documentation.
