∎ Masters in any discipline with advanced training in security management. (No 3rd Class / below 2.5 CGPA).
∎ We prioritize candidates who are retired military personnel / Commissioned Officer with the rank of Rtd. Major or Rtd. Lieutenant Colonel, have completed their bachelor degree, and possess 3 years of corporate experience in security management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats.B. Manage Security Personnel:
∎ Lead and manage the hospital ‘s security team, including training, scheduling and supervising security staff.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
∎ Schedule and assign duties to security personnel to ensure 24/7 site coverage.C. Monitor and Patrol:·
∎ Oversee access control systems daily security operations, including patrols and monitoring of construction sites.
∎ Utilize surveillance systems to monitor site activity and respond to security breaches.
∎ Monitoring daily/ monthly report of CCTV surveillanceD. Incident Management:·
∎ Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, and other emergencies.
∎ Coordinate with local law & enforcement and emergency services as or when necessary.E. Coordination and Communication:·
∎ Collaborate with Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager, Security supervisors, and other concerned person to address security concerns.
∎ Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for site personnel.F. Compliance and Reporting:·
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol logs, and personnel activities.
∎ Ensure fire fighting mohora, fire training on regular basis and train the staffs in every month.
∎ Bangladesh Specialized Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager (HoD) of Safety & Security dept. to ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors. This position will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's security operations, managing security personnel, and implementing effective safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
∎ A. Develop and Implement Security Policies:·
