∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to group advisor regarding safety and security status of the respective premises.
∎ Oversee complex security and safety operations.
∎ Ensuring the vigilance at the complex with CCTV, surveillance, monitoring, entry and exit.
∎ Ensuring the infrastructure security and physical security of the complex.
∎ Ensuring the entrance of the factory people with proper identity/documents, vehicle with permission/documents/procedure, and goods with proper documents.
∎ Co-ordination with all the Plant Heads and create the safety rules and behaviour, procedure.
∎ Co-ordination on the compliance in the plant operation and field work.
∎ Supervision of the Asst. Manager, Security Inspector, Supervisor, Commander.
∎ Coaching and train the guards, arrange the trainings with regards to ensure the security operations.
∎ Ensuring the quality of fire drills and other safety compliance and take necessary action on that.
∎ Take the daily reporting from the CCTV surveillance team and report to prior authority.
∎ Verifying the incident report of any accidents, theft, delivery lapses, admin lapses, untoward behaviour of people.
∎ Co-ordinate staffs when responding to emergencies and alarms.
∎ Investigate and resolve security glitches and issues with the permission of prior management.
∎ Taking care of all safety & security equipment and report to prior authority time by time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience in Safety and Security service from Manufacturing Industry is essential.
∎ X-cadets from Bangladesh Military academy is preferable.
