∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sewing Mechanics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve OEE (overall equipment effectiveness).
∎ Ensure all machine are running condition with in-built features.
∎ Prepare & monitor maintenance schedule plan.
∎ Attend style review meeting.
∎ Ensure new spare parts quality as per the standard in spare parts
∎ store.
∎ Review machine breakdown record & take corrective measure.
∎ Analysis cost benefit of new requisition of machine & spare parts.
∎ Ensure right folder, attachment before bulk production.
∎ Software program for automatic machine.
∎ Resolve machine technical issues during machine breakdown.
∎ Attend new development style review meeting in sample section.
∎ Conduct mechanical technical training for sewing mechanic.
∎ Monitor floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal protective Equipment)
∎ usage in production area and compliance related issues.
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to
∎ transpose the experience/education for future leader.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
