Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make the revenue recognition system leakage free by recommending and implementing necessary system solutions and putting in place adequate controls.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily tracker of revenue sources of the organization.
∎ The applicant will be responsible for ensuring month ending activities are performed within the timeline provided.
∎ Analyze and prepare explanation for change in revenue trends for all sources of revenue by considering sales mix, volume mix and rate changes.
∎ Prepare financial review meeting related presentation slides and present them to the finance management.
∎ Month on month, year on year revenue trend analysis based on the relevant drivers.
∎ Supervision of trust cum settlement account (TCSA) reconciliation to ensure overall physical money and e-money in circulation is matched.
∎ Ensuring timely submission of regulatory reporting.
∎ Liaise frequently to analyze solution, architecture, recommend necessary changes, and provide solution verification through negotiation of the technical aspects and agree on the terms and conditions.
∎ Alignment and arrangement of BSS and IT Strategy and Solution/Enterprise Architecture framework with necessary process and governance framework.
∎ Involve in research and evaluation of emerging trends in the information technology field and apply that to participate and recommends ways for technology solutions that will maximize their value to the organization, Improve business process, customer journey particularly in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IT Services, Platforms.
∎ Responsible for internal communication within RA to adapt in RA system for any changes in Product/package elements aligned with bKash’s Business Plan to ensure the revenue/cost reflection of the changed elements.
∎ In case of dispute support other stakeholder for the dispute resolution.
∎ Digitization and automation of various RA activities, process, and controls through AI/ML/RPA.
∎ Monitor RA controls and analyses revenue leakage. Impact through the gap of the RA controls, identify leakage area, and quantify the leakage amount with monthly/quarterly/yearly impact.
∎ Interactively working with audit, risk and project management team to close critical issues and deliver cross functional projects.
∎ Collaborate and maintain functional activity in terms of RAFM system operation and data analysis for revenue maximization and on time management reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ BBA/MBA majoring in Finance/Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ Preferably from DU, NSU, BUP.
∎ Part completion in a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA will be preferable.
∎ Additional Skills Requirement:
∎ 6 to 8 years of progressively responsible relevant broad range work experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of business technology applications and systems specifically in Telecom/MFS sector with 3+ years’ experience in strategy, solution design, architecture, and governance framework in telecommunication/MFS industry.
∎ Expertise in Microsoft office packs. Advanced knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
∎ Adequate knowledge to work in an ERP platform in own initiative.
∎ Large-scale information system design, development, and integration.
∎ Knowledge of solution and technology selection in telecommunication/MFS industry and familiarity with enterprise architecture.
∎ Expertise and understand the technical environment to manage RA platform and systems.
∎ Leadership, conflict & people management, and problem-solving ability.
∎ Out-of-the-box ideas and solutions; associated with creativity.
∎ Possess analytical skill, research methodology knows how and statistical knowledge
