Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Guest Relation, Housekeeping
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Club, Hotel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a complete list of jobs (Job Description) to be performed by the Rest House Team at daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis.
∎ To develop Checklists for different types of activities for regular monitoring and ensuring that all assigned jobs are done properly & timely.
∎ To develop a list of Rest House Cleaning materials, items & equipments which are essential for conducting the total Housekeeping in an effective manner.
∎ To train, aware and educate the entire Rest House Team on how to work in a most efficient way and keep the work place always neat, safe & tidy.
∎ To develop SOP on the total activities of Housekeeping Techniques / Methods for its application & execution.
∎ To manage the waste /garbage in a very safe & environment friendly manner.
∎ To maintain the inventory of all Rest House items and replenish the stock well in advance.
∎ To develop knowledge of Health, Hygiene, Safety & Environment Standards within the Team Members of Rest House department.
∎ To assess and evaluate performance of the Team members and be strict on taking appropriate disciplinary action for the NON PERFORMERS.
∎ Customer-Service: Rest House managers deal with Members/guests every day.
∎ Customer loyalty begins with good service and friendly demeanor.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Being calm and direct in a stressful situation and being able to communicate with different types of people.
∎ Leadership: Rest House managers need to be able to motivate their employees, resolve issues and complaints from guests.
∎ Listening: Excellent listening skills are needed, especially with guests. Making sure that guests are happy and that staff is getting what they need to do their job is crucial.
∎ Management: Working with budgets, planning, creating schedules and supervising operations are all a part of the job.
∎ Organization: Club have a lot of moving parts, from Members/Guests to maintenance, to events to budgets and scheduling. The managers need to keep it all organized.
∎ Problem-Solving: The manager needs to be able to think quickly on their feet and make decisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in reputed hotel will be highly preferred
∎ Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and punctuality.

Salary: Negotiable
