1. BSP Link Operation, Reservation/ Ticketing, Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The applicants should have experience for Air Ticketing & Reservations on Amadeus, Galileo & Saber GDS/ VRS system.
∎ • IATA and BSP Payment knowledge mandatory.
∎ • Should be Familiar with Re-Issue, Re-Validation, and Refund and up gradation.
∎ • Experience in web based airlines reservation systems.
∎ • Keep up to date information about airline rules & policies and ADM policies.
∎ • Experience of booking hotels & transfers.
∎ • At least 5 years of experience, Airline Ticketing/Reservation, Experience as a Hajj/Umrah Tour Guide will get extra advantages.
∎ • Provide visa related information to applicants.
∎ • Applicant should have experience in the following area (s): Airlines ticketing, Computer skill, IATA, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agency
∎ • Designing cost-effective travel packages that suit clients' needs and budgets.
∎ • Explaining flight, transportation, and accommodation options to clients.
∎ • Updating and recording all client information on the database.
∎ • Booking excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arranging transport according to client specifications.
∎ • Honest and ethical mind setup.
∎ • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality.
