Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Graduate in Architecture or Interior Designing from any reputed university.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3d Design, Auto CAD, Interior Design, SketchUp
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New furniture design and development in 3D and Auto CAD.
∎ Active involvement as manager on product development, quality, BOM creation, and R&D
∎ Candidate must be capable to do product costing and budgeting.
∎ Prepare design, bill of materials of a new product.
∎ Manager also works with Sales Head and other staff to review client feedback and provide suggestions on how to best relay this information to the design team.
∎ Prepare the design of Kitchen Cabinet, Wall Cabinet, and Interior Design (for office, home, shop, market or project).
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the required data.
∎ Work at different projects under the supervision of reporting/assigned supervisor.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis Data.
∎ Prepare Market Survey (Market Value) Report.
∎ Provides technical direction and training to other professionals
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Appropriate knowledge of raw materials which are used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques on product development.
∎ Appropriate knowledge of Bill of Materials/BOQ.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Art & Sketch, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Google Sketch Up.
∎ 3D Studio Max with V-Ray Render (optional).
∎ Fast in generating design.
∎ Candidates who have work experience in Furniture Manufacturing Factory (especially in Product Design & Development) will be added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet production target.
∎ Good communication skill (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented and work independently (if required).
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
