Job Context:
∎ The OS managerwill be working closely with partnership coordinator as well as team of Start Bangladesh and 10 partners/ members of the Start Bangladesh to deliver project activities This particular role requires competencies to : 1) Selected organisations have systematically articulated and recognised their capacity strengthening needs; 2) Selected organisations have improved systems and demonstrated progression in their organisational development indicators; 3) Selected organisations are better prepared and more confident to access funding
∎ To be successful in this role, she/he will perform coordination and communication and play supportive role to complete assign task timely. This role will also have a function with implementing projects with the Partnership Coordinator overseeing DDA process, and also supporting to hire consultant, vendor and provide logistic support to arrange different types of event time to time. This position is responsible for communication and coordination with partner, issues of contract management, and works closely with partner provide them mentoring coaching support and as part of this project he will be responsible to arrange different kind of training, workshop eventand Relationship management with different entity Start Bangladesh, host, partner and government.
∎ Working hours-40 hours per week & contract duration 12 Months (Full time). ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management and Relationship management:
∎ Prepare a project implementation plan in coordinating with Start Bangladesh team and ensure that planned interventions are delivered on time within the stipulated scope of project
∎ Establish and maintain regular communication with targeted local NGOs in Cox's Bazar
∎ Assist the Partnership Coordinator in the daily project management both organizational and substantive matters, including budgeting, planning, supervising, monitoring and coordinating the project to ensure its results are in accordance with the Project Document, Annual Work Plan and the rules and procedures established in the SFB Project Implementation Procedures
∎ Assist the Partnership Coordinator in preparing terms of reference for consultants and subcontractors in line with relevant host procedures.
∎ Analyse the expenditure (budget Vs actual) of project interventions, report and ensure expenditure rate is positive.
∎ As per project plan Assist the Partnership Coordinator in preparing terms of reference for consultants and vendor in line with relevant host procedures.
∎ Assist partnership coordinator and coordinate with vetting provide to complete DDA for partner and regularly communication with different stakeholder
∎ Assure the project's compliance with the terms of agreement
∎ Strengthening systems of L/NNGO partner agencies
∎
∎ Organize workshop to facilitate the co-creation of organisational system strengthening plan (OSSP) for selected member L/NNGOs and ensure that those plans are effectively resourced, implemented and pursued by the member agencies
∎ Arrange and provide logistic support in organizing workshops, trainings, seminars, arrangements and any other events, etc.
∎ Assist member agencies to support the implementation of those plan
∎ Design, contextualise, translate and print specific modules and handbooks, with support from vendors and host agencies
∎ Conduct field visit to support members with OSSP, and assist
∎ Provide regular mentoring support to the partner agencies to implement their OSSP and other solutions
∎ Develop materials and processes for specific areas/topics identified as needed for capacity development of partners, including training, mentoring and coaching of partners, peer learning and other methodologies.
∎ Monitoring, Documentation and Communication:
∎ Ensure comprehensive and quality monitoring and data collection at each stage of the project as per Result Framework i.e., initiation, implementation, evaluation, and closing phase.
∎ Follow-up consultant, partner and service provider to document the progress
∎ Prepare Monthly/quarterly/annual and need-based plans and share with partner organizations and relevant colleagues in the project.
∎ Ensure reports meet quality standards in terms of language and are fed with appropriate field information,
∎ Prepare many Learning documents and case studies to promote the visibility of the project and project learnings.
∎ Person Profile:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)of experience in national humanitarian context.
∎ Essential Skills:
∎ Experience in capacity building and mentoring in a relevant sector
∎ Relevant theoretical and applied knowledge on capacity building, organizational development at local and national level
∎ Proven experience of the humanitarian localisation agenda.
∎ Demonstrable track record of success building partnerships and alliances in humanitarian response.
∎ Effective stakeholder and relationship management.
∎ Solid communications, influencing and persuasion skills.
∎ Good writing and editing skills, including fluent written and spoken skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
∎ Highly positive and proactive with high-level influencing and negotiating skills.
∎ Capacity to manage demanding workloads, often in complex environments.
∎ Aptitude to prioritise tasks, work independently and to tight deadlines.
∎ Strong team and cross departmental working

Salary: Tk. 178000 (Monthly)
