Oversee daily security operation team and manage security personnel.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Conduct monthly post risk assessments and security personnel assessments.
Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.
Train and supervise head office staff and security personnel.
Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
Manage security budgets and resources.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
