Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with Commerce background;
∎ Having good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and accounting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
∎ Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
∎ Provide feedback to the Project Manager/Team on project strategies and activities;
∎ Monitor and assist for strengthening PEP accounts;
∎ Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Board Chairman and concerned Directors;
∎ Perform other duties as required for PEP;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience: At least 5 years' experience in the field of monitoring and accounting in a national NGO/INGO
∎ Language Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken Bangla and English.
∎ Age: 35 to 45; but may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Around Tk. 40,000 to Tk. 50,000 per month based on relevant experiences.
