Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Master's Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall ASW Mega food park.
∎ Managing operation of the park coordination Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development.
∎ Supervise and control personnel, assign duties to them and ensure proper follow up, coordinate with all departments of the park to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service regarding Food park to implement the strategic goals of the establishment.
∎ Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.
∎ Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
∎ Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of all work of the Project.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Mega Food Park.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengal
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
