Experience:
5+ years of experience in media planning/buying, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad networks, programmatic buying, and performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and other AdTech tools
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics tools
Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience with marketing automation and AI-based ad optimization tools
Knowledge of API integrations and media tracking systems
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Programmatic Trading
Familiarity with MarTech stacks (e.g., CRM, CDP, DMP)
