B Sc./ M Sc. in Nursing Services, trained in ACLS/ BLS will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience, out of which 3-4 years as Nurse Educator and 2-3 years as Bed Side Nurse. Nurse Educator/ Nurse Trainer. Working in a Corporate Hospital will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of management reporting, Nursing Training.
Good analytical skills prepared different reports on capacity development.
Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
Highly motivated, employee centric, and passionate.
This position is open both Bangladeshi and Expat national, and we are open 6 days a week.
Evercare Hospital Chattogram is a 470-Bed multi-specialty, tertiary care hospital located at Oxyzen - Kuwaish road, Chattogram. Currently we are looking for a Manager - Learning & Capacity Development (Nursing Services).
Position: Manager- Learning & Capacity Development (Nursing Services)
Report to: Director- Nursing Services, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs including orientation, in-service training, and continuous professional development for nursing staff.
Clinical Competency Development: Assess training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives to enhance clinical skills, knowledge, and competencies of the nursing team.
Mentoring and Coaching: Provide mentorship and hands-on clinical support to nurses, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Policy & Protocol Education: Educate nursing staff on hospital policies, patient safety protocols, infection control practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor training outcomes and conduct performance assessments to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application in clinical settings.
Collaboration with Nursing Leadership: Work closely with the Director of Nursing Services and other departmental leaders to align training goals with organizational objectives and accreditation standards.
Training Material Development: Create and update training manuals, SOPs, modules, and visual aids in accordance with current clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. Closely work Skill Lab to ensure proper capacity development of the nursing.
