Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters’ degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
∎ CA Party qualified given preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Control, Inventory Manageemnt

Job Context:
∎ Proven ability to implement process improvements.
∎ Able to work independently with limited supervision with strong initiative and finishing skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve deadlines in a changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage inventory control policies and procedures.
∎ Review, chose and execute ProjectWise management system solutions for all locations.
∎ Monitor on monthly basis the different activities of the Fixed Assets & Inventory teams, measure the KPIs and objectives percentage achievement;
∎ Establish measured daily, weekly and monthly KPIs though reports.
∎ Building a complete fixed assets register with relevant categories and locations that will allow verification of all types of assets owned by the Company;
∎ Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
∎ Responsible of the ERP and Inventory Management System Interface by analyzing and reconciling the data;
∎ New Ideas Innovation that will enhance the efficiency, accuracy and control for the fixed assets & Inventory function;
∎ Meet customer and company standards on accounting requirements.
∎ Analyze and resolve problem areas; which lead to obstacles in meeting internal and external stakeholders to ensure resolution according to standards set and established with business;
∎ To ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all entries that impact fixed assets’ including their Cost Basis, Depreciable Life, Asset Categorization, department charged, transfer assets from In-Progress to In-Service and the monthly depreciation entries.
∎ Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
∎ Manage Fixed Assets & Inventory internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of all findings and comments.
∎ Lead, manage and train Fixed Assets and Inventory team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to be able to review and manage them against their work.
