People having interest in air ticket booking and reservation (Domestic and International).
Well experienced in GDS system through Saver / Amadeus program (Issue / Re-issue / cancel).
Job Responsibilities
To offer the best customer service to existing and prospective clients by ensuring prompt service by self and team members and displaying top notch professionalism and behavior.
To explain policies and procedures to customers and ensure that they have a positive experience when interacting with the department
To maintain liaison with existing customers through regular contacts and also working on creating effective strategies to onboard new customers and increase the customer base
Manage end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic and international travel.
Liaise with airlines, embassies, and other travel-related entities to facilitate smooth processes.
Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets, re-issuing and cancellation according to customer’s choice.
Knowledge of IATA rules and billing systems.
Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
Keeping updated knowledge of Airline`s Promotional offers.
Making and confirming bookings.
Making online reservation tour packages.
Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
