∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement HR policies as per local law and different buyers' code of conduct.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws and ILO convention relevant to RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Transformation to Compliance and maintaining compliance.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance & Employee relation issue as per law.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain relation with Compliance Auditors, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Authorities, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Deal with a legal matter like- GD Entry, FIR etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Requirement relaxable for exceptionally suitable candidates.
