Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the floor maintenance, cleanliness and security.
∎ Ensure opening and closing times are maintained to the teeth.
∎ To collect rent, service charge, revenue, and other bills from tenants on time.
∎ To pay floor bills to concerned department on time.
∎ To create work-orders, notices, letters, etc. to issue to required subject.
∎ To ensure the compliance to food safety, sanitation and overall workplace safety standards.
∎ To review, set and enforce the company's policies and SOPs.
∎ To ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
∎ To handle customer complaints and respond to all concerns.
∎ To establish good relationship with tenants.
∎ To coach and mentor the personnel for day-to-day operations.
∎ To organize and control inventory of stocks and equipment.
∎ To check and monitor the cashiering and accounting system.
∎ To assist the company in achieving financial targets and goals for the operations.
∎ To check and monitor the weekly sales reports.
∎ To evaluate the weekly KPIs of the subordinates.
∎ Report any and every relevant news to higher authority.
∎ Perform work outside the site as instructed by higher authority.
