Responsibilities & Context:
Job Overview
The Manager- Financial Reporting will be responsible for arranging and executing corporate reporting requirements, preparing financial statements, and managing external/internal audits, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and maintain the chart of accounts.
Treasury operations and services, liquidity management, bank account consolidation and the identification of foreign exchange exposures.
Monitor day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Liaise with external auditors, RJSC, and regulatory bodies when required.
Perform special assignments assigned by the Head of Accounts and Management.
