Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Accounting (Honors/ BBA).
∎ CA/ICMA (Qualified) will be preferable.
∎ Min 5-6 years of relevant experience in corporate setup.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Oracle, Payroll Processing, Treasury
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform payroll & employee benefits operations in accordance with local law and regulations,
∎ Partner with other cross-functional team to ensure the payroll processing is performed accurately,
∎ Deduction of tax at source from payroll payment and submission of tax returns for expatriate employees,
∎ Management of Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, and Workers’ Profit Participation Fund,
∎ Manage accounts payable – from receiving goods to payment,
∎ Manage treasury operations,
∎ Ensure deduction of TAX, and VAT with compliance of Law and deposited to Government exchequer within the stipulated frame-frame,
∎ Ensure accurate posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and any other records,
∎ Lead the team to update financial records in the ORACLE system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance level user of MS Excel
∎ Knowledge on Income TAX and VAT
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law
