• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably an FCA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA

• Skills Required: Accounting Software, Accounting and Finance, Data Analytics, Cost Accounting

• 7 to 11 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fast Food Shop, Amusement Park, Shopping mall

• Age 33 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicant must have at least 4-5 years of Finance position experience in organizations which are related to the service industry or food and hospitality industry or organizations which are B2C driven or finance and accounting operations of leading auditing firms.

• The applicant must have fair knowledge of VAT and Tax laws of Bangladesh.

• The applicant must be strong in word, excel and power point and can generate charts and graphs for business analysis.

• Knowledge and experience of using automated financial management will be a plus. 

• The applicant must have strong expertise in both verbal and written presentation with strong command in English and Bengali.

• The applicant must be outcome driven, self motivated, disciplined and with strong ethical integrity

Job Description:

• Work closely with the on ground Blockbuster Cinemas team to ensure daily collections from Ticket Sales and Food Sales, make daily bank deposits or deposit to group Finance operations as advised and aligned.

• Create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for all SBUs of Blockbuster Cinemas incorporating both physical and automated financial process and systems.

• Analyze sales trends to submit a weekly report to senior management of Blockbuster Cinemas advising areas of concerns and areas of opportunity.

• Create tracking methodology of KPIs of members of the Blockbuster team related to direct revenue generation - ticket sales, food sales and ad sales and create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of KPI achievements and failures.

• Work with Purchase and Supply Chain departments to ensure all procurements of Blockbuster Cinema operations are maintained in a transparent manner, timely manner, with speed and efficiency. 

• Coordinate with Marketing and Branding team of Blockbuster Cinemas to submit bills to all advertisers and branding partners of Blockbuster cinemas in time and ensure timely collection of receivables.

• Work with the HR Department for areas of salary disbursement, increments, KPI achievement bonus and other work as related and required. 

• Work with relevant departments to ensure PO issuance, bill monitoring and payment disbursement of suppliers related to Blockbuster Cinemas are handled accurately, timely and efficiently
