Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Budgeting of BTL and OSE Spends, Budgeting of TS spends from Cascade, Control, Tracking, Accounting and ANALYSIS of all GT Claims.
∎ Brand Product wise ANALYSIS and Insights on Claims - including TS
∎ MTD & YTD tracking of ROI of RIGS and making provisions in SAP for shortfall ROI (if any).
∎ Quarterly reconciliation of ROI with RIGS and get NOC.
∎ MTD & YTD tracking of Generation of TDCL and Adding in BTL / OSE for shortfall Generation (if any).
∎ Quarterly reconciliation of Generation with RIGS and get NOC.
∎ CEO's Report on Debtors, Stock and Reconciliation of Cash + Daily Tracking of Cash Receivable Vs Received, also to HO for Corporate.
∎ RIGS Account Reconciliation - on monthly basis.
∎ Find opportunities of Cost Savings: Target Tk 2.8 Cr (INR 2 Cr) in Oct 24 - Mar 25.
∎ BUDGETING Vs Actual Tracking by Brand / Product.
∎ Communicate, track and resolve disputed claims and deduction on claims.
∎ Ensuring Smooth MSD and other Audits and Respond to Queries.
∎ Control, Tracking and Total Control on GT Claims:
∎ Budgeting of BTL and OSE Spends, Budgeting of TS spends from Cascade, Control, Tracking, Accounting and ANALYSIS of all GT Claims.
∎ Brand Product wise ANALYSIS and Insights on Claims - including TS
∎ Tracking ROI:

∎ Debtors Report and RIGS Account Reconciliation:

∎ RIGS Account Reconciliation - on monthly basis.
∎ Cost Savings:

∎ Any other Work relating GT and Budgeting or LE that may be assigned:
