Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Strategic business partner to the senior leadership, assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy.
∎ Preparing the statements of financial position, statements of comprehensive income, statements of cash flows, statements of changes & equity (annually, Half yearly and monthly) actual & tax purpose.
∎ All sorts of communicate with audit firm, joint stock companies, securities exchange commission, legal body, tax authorities and 4pcs related activities.
∎ Bank and Leasing related all task.
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective fund and working capital management throughout the year.
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the senior leadership and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Conducting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, ERP /Automation and Internal Control System.
∎ Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; prospects expansion; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills, in depth understanding of accounting principles and theory, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ IT literacy such as word processing, spreadsheets and ability to produce statistical information will be desired.
