Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling & recording project budget expenses,
∎ Analyze budget variance report and describe related parties,
∎ Prepare Monthly receipt and payment statement,
∎ Coordinating Chittagong Hospital financial management and liaison with financiers,
∎ Managing project finance and loan draw-down from Banks,
∎ Coordinates with project team to finalize new project budget,
∎ Prepare and ensure all party payments on time,
∎ Compliance TAX and VAT issues, source deduction and deposits monthly,
∎ Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation statement,
∎ Controlling all project budgets of STS Construction wing e.g. ISD, DPS,
∎ Present weekly budget tracker,
∎ Present weekly payment information to Evercare Group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of experience in Project Accounting Operation.
∎ Responsible to facilitate post commissioning of Chittagong Hospital Project and will get involved in capitalization and various onward finance & accounting tasks.
∎ Technical Competencies :
∎ Sound Knowledge on VAT & TAX
∎ Budgeting
∎ Bank reconciliation
∎ Accounting process orientation
∎ Record management skills
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
