Job Context:
∎ Biddabari: Educational Platform
∎ We are looking for a full-time Manager for our renounced online educational platform Biddabari who will execute our job educational management decisions and monitor our operational performances.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Maintain compliance issues with professionalism.
∎ To monitor & develop internal control system.
∎ Plan and implement skills development and succession program in all others business units.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of companies' core competencies, values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system. Analyzes and reports on measurement results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Must have practical experience about BCS, Bank and other government job.
∎ Must have at least 1 year of experience in running any educational institution (Newcomers but well skilled with hard working mentality are also encouraged to apply).
∎ Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of taking part in BCS Written exams.
∎ MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point skill will be considered as additional qualifications.

Salary:
∎ Salary: 15000 - 35,000
