Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/bachelor's/Diploma in relevant subject
∎ Minimum 8 to 12 years experience in relevant area.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making designs based on the industry trend and own creativity, should be able to co-ordinate with plant design and production team for sampling and running new designs.
∎ Should be able to drive the New Product Development department with full enthusiasm.
∎ Should able to communicate with Top Management and Marketing on the development activities.
∎ Making Design, Décor & Border for Digital, Inkjet, Rotocolor machine.
∎ Working with different software for 4/6/8 colors profiling for Inkjet machine.
∎ Developing new concepts and sampling for the final product.
∎ Product code names, database, shades variation adjustment prepare.
∎ Resources and content collection from the Internet and others for the new Product development.
∎ Interior Exterior Design using by 3D software.
∎ Develop Packaging design for various products.
∎ Making a catalog design for printing and web.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Complete any other tasks time to time assigned by Management.
