∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University/Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate and individual tax planning for future period and tax planning for finalization of assessment of Company's and Individual
∎ Preparation of annual Tax return and Tax/VAT audit for all business units.
∎ Ensure submission of Income Tax/VAT return in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Prepare and execute the individual tax files of all directors of the Group.
∎ Oversee employee-related TAX deduction, and tax return submission/filing.
∎ Attend hearing before the DCT, Appellate Commissioner & Appellate Tribunal, ADR & High Court for finalization of assessment.
∎ Deliver a full range of tax/VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame.
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the Audited Financial Statements in the light of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 with a view to reduce the disallowances.
∎ Manage tax provision and tax compliance process and coordinate tax audits with Tax authorities and Lawyers.
∎ Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Preparation & submission of information regarding payment of salary U/S-108, 108A & withholding tax return u/s 75A.
∎ Prepare and maintain share transfer and share allotment of the Group.
∎ Prepare legal documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, Trust deed and rules and regulations and lease agreement, etc.
∎ All others type of RJSC related work
∎ Monthly VAT Return preparation and submission
∎ Handle and dealing all sorts of VAT matters of the group
∎ Any other jobs assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Professional certification (ICMAB Qualified/CA Part qualified with ITP) is essential for the post
∎ Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience is a must
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bangla-both verbal and written)
∎ Computer Literacy: Knowledge in advance Excel is essential with other office program (Word/Power Point)
