Execute sales strategy, business plan, and objectives within a defined country/area in coordination with dedicated customer OFC team partners to achieve defined sales targets in consideration of regional/ BU sales strategy.
Execute sales strategy as well as plan and realize sales forecast and business plan within the area of responsibility in consideration of overall regional sales strategy in agreement with the superior.
Realize defined sales and gross margin targets within the area of responsibility with dedicated OFC teams to improve market share as well as introduce best practices to maximize customer satisfaction.
Cooperation and teamwork with technology to establish customer OFC teams to develop innovative products and services and provide best-in-class customer service and solutions.
Observation and analysis of markets, competitors, and customers to develop and implement in agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance.
Cooperation and agreement with marketing and SCM within the yearly planning process for products, volumes, and prices in agreement with the superior, sales team and BU technology.
Manage accounts and negotiate and maintain contracts within authority in consideration of defined guidelines and margins to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets.
Where appropriate provide timely and qualitative support to key accounts (International and Regional) with the aim of maintaining high sales productivity, pricing policy and optimal level of service.
Management of customer claims with the dedicated customer OFC teams to provide optimized sales and technical solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
Implement marketing concepts, introduce new products as well as define and provide, with the OFC teams, customized solutions and proposals to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collect information on local "industry" issues and cooperate with local industry association, authorities etc. as required to expand the network and industrial influence.
Report on sales activities to superior and initiate and implement measures in case of deviations.
Establish sales budget with superior and customer OFC resources to ensure growth and profitability in the defined country/area in accordance with Regional/BU strategy.
Where appropriate, lead and motivate sales force and customer AMS teams to improve personal and BU performance and continuously develop professional expertise.
Development of country/area sales objectives and plans as well as market analysis and research.
Product development process through market and customer input.
