Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline. In case of experienced Army & police personnel, the education requirement may be considered.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and developing the security department as per the need of the organization.
∎ Handling different type of security issues that can arise time to time in office and project areas.
∎ Coordinating with local police stations and influential local people to ensure smooth functioning of projects / different construction sites.
∎ Assist in recruiting the potential security personnel and providing necessary training for desired security standard.
∎ Maintaining the performance of security personnel deployed at different project/plants and take necessary measures to improve the standard.
∎ Assessing existing security threads and weakness of the ABC office and projects and suggesting measures to overcome.
∎ Assisting in handling the crisis management whenever it is required.
∎ Looking after the overall administration of security personnel and developing a disciplined security team.
∎ Providing administrative and logistic support to the security guards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate from Cadet College background will be preferred.
∎ Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from Army and retired police inspectors from police are encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have Hands-on experience in the following area(s):
∎ Security management and training
