∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to plan, organize and implement a range of training activities.
∎ Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes.
∎ Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
∎ Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills to produce and deliver quality training programs.
∎ Excellent technical writing skills for the development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials.
∎ Manages and maintains training classrooms and equipment.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Salary: Negotiable
