Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
∎ MPH in MCH-FP/ RH will be highly preferred.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager, Clinical Services will work to accomplish the project objectives and will perform her/his assignments under the overall guidance and supervision of the Program Director- SRHR, Jhpiego. S/he will be responsible to accomplish the following assignment:
∎ Project Management: S/he will coordinate the Cox's Bazar team of Jhpiego to implement the planned activities as per approved AWP. S/he will be dedicated to maximize the result with allocated resources.
∎ Services Delivery: S/he will perform as an operating surgeon for the special LARC/PM programs in the remote areas at UHCs and UH&FWCs of Cox's Bazar district, where there is vacancy of skilled surgeons.
∎ Knowledge Management: S/he will be participating in competency-based training courses/ TOTs on LARCs/PMs focusing PPFP/PAFP and other components SRH to develop her/his skills on relevant services provision and organize cascade training accordingly.
∎ Capacity Development: In collaboration with DGFP, DGHS and DGNM, s/he will conduct hand-on training and coaching for the providers to enhance capacity of existing health systems to provide high quality LARC/PM services in the project intervention areas.
∎ Mentoring: The incumbent will perform as a mentor for the providers working within her/his assigned districts for their professional development.
∎ Compliances: S/he will work with the GOB/IP managers and supervisor to ensure informed choice, voluntary decision-making process and informed consent. S/he will also facilitate environmental compliances towards gender and disability inclusive SRH services.
∎ Work Plan Development: S/he will contribute in developing annual work plan and budgeting process.
∎ Program Reporting: S/he will prepare and submit event report regarding her/his assignment, and will support the Program Director to prepare quarterly/ annual progress report and presentations for donor/coordination meetings.
∎ Representation: S/he will represent the organization through participation in the meetings, workshops, conferences, seminars and symposiums as assigned.
∎ Compliance: S/he will ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. S/he will act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Safeguarding/ PSEA: S/he will practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. S/he will follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Special Assignment: S/he will carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and senior management team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of work experience in LARC/PM services delivery, specifically tubectomy, NSV and implant services following nationally approved new regimen and technique.
∎ Accomplish scheduled tasks with quality within the timeframe.
∎ Ensure active engagement and support of all key stakeholders at all stages of the project accomplishment.
∎ Plan and organize special LARC/PM programs in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Provide high quality LARC/PM services through special programs in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Mentoring of providers (doctors) trained on LARC/PM services.
∎ Supervise staffs of Jhpiego team, located in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Support the project lead to prepare AWP and periodic report, as per project design.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent analytical skills for identifying progress/ accomplishment of his/her assignment.
∎ Excellent inter-personnel skills and ability to work in team environment.
∎ Gender equality and diversity awareness.
∎ Skills:
∎ Computer literacy with particular skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Bijoy52, and MS Outlook.
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Documentation and reporting.
∎ Competencies:
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization.
∎ Willingness to visit the targeted areas as necessary to accomplish the assignment.
