∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Finance, or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a focus on business strategy, analytics, or finance.
∎ Additional certifications in data analysis, financial modeling, or business strategy, such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP)Data Analytics or Data Science certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) Specialized training or coursework in market research, competitive analysis, or strategic planning.

∎ Exposure to industry-specific dynamics (e.g., manufacturing, retail, technology, etc.) and an understanding of market drivers and challenges.
∎ Experience with advanced analytical tools and methodologies, such as data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems, and ERP environments.
∎ Proven track record of supporting business growth initiatives, such as market entry strategies, product launches, or partnership development.
∎ Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, with the ability to guide and mentor junior analysts or team members.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market and Competitive Analysis:
∎ Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
∎ Monitor industry developments and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Financial Modeling and Business Case Development:
∎ Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives, partnerships, or investments.
∎ Assess the financial impact of business development opportunities and risks and present recommendations to senior leadership.
∎ Performance Measurement and KPI Tracking:
∎ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
∎ Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with strategy, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
∎ Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure the seamless execution of business strategies.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, making and driving business growth.
∎ Data-Driven Decision-Making:
