Brand Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual identity across all communication platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine brand direction.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital).
Oversee creative concept development, media planning, and execution.
Evaluate campaign performance through KPIs and ROI analysis.
Corporate Communication & PR:
Manage corporate communications, media relations, and public affairs.
Draft press releases, speeches, and official statements to maintain positive brand reputation.
Handle crisis communication and reputation management activities.
Digital & Content Management:
Lead social media strategy, content development, and community engagement.
Supervise digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and influencer collaborations.
Ensure alignment between digital storytelling and overall brand objectives.
Internal Communication & Employer Branding:
Design and implement internal communication plans to strengthen company culture.
Support HR and leadership teams in developing employer branding materials and campaigns.
Organize internal events and recognition programs to boost employee engagement.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Prepare and manage annual brand and marketing budgets.
Track spending, measure effectiveness, and provide monthly/quarterly reports to management.
Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and organizational standards.
