Check products for quality and correct problems
Greet customers and present menu
Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
Knowledge about inventory record keeping will add extra value
Good knowledge about handling vendors
Responsibilities & Context:
Employment Status: Full-time (working hour: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, break time 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm)
To ensure the total floor management by serving visitors appropriately
Managing waiters and other floor staff with positivity
Excellent collaboration and building rapport with customers
Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
Problem solving and decision making skills
Quality of taking large orders/Catering with proper gesture
Proven work experience in rush hour
