Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Manager/ Assistant Manager (Tour/ Umrah/ Hajj Packages)
∎ Do you have great enthusiasm for traveling? If your answer is "Yes" then you can be a suitable candidate to join our team. We`re looking for an experienced Manager / Assistant Operation Manager to join our team and become a crucial element in our success. He / She should have great knowledge and experience on various travel products for the role of ticketing, arranging and designing holiday packages of various exotic travel destinations , Hajj & Umrah packages and visa services etc. You will be responsible for promoting and booking of traveling arrangements for clients (individuals/ businesses/corporate groups). The main goal for these positions is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. The ideal candidate must have travel experience under his or her belt and be familiar with both domestic and foreign destinations. We offer some on-the-job training, but we need someone who can start performing on day one.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support organization in building and maintaining a professional network within B2B and B2C travel space.
∎ Develop and grow customer base , create sales opportunities by visiting various existing and new corporate customers.
∎ Reservation, creating PNR, issuing, reissuing and cancellation of air ticket.
∎ Respond to all inbound and outbound customers queries on domestic & International flights, holiday and Hajj/ Umrah packages, visa requirements, ticket prices, insurance coverage etc.
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. and develop new and exciting travel related services.
∎ Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel/ Umrah/ Hajj etc. packages or services.
∎ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
∎ Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Maintain liaison with airlines, hotels, resort and other agencies of local & foreign countries.
∎ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints keeping customer satisfaction intact.
∎ Reach the revenue and profit targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in : Hajj and Umrah Package, Managing inbound and outbound tourists
∎ Working under pressure
∎ Sound knowledge on operating Galileo, Sabre ,Amadeus and online based ticketing system.
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/ international/ holidays/ Hajj and Umrah Packages etc.)
∎ Must have strong communication skills (proficient in spoken and written English & Bangla). Knowledge of additional language would be a plus.
∎ Strong Negotiation Skill and ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle work pressure and manage critical situation.
∎ Extensive knowledge of existing market competition .
∎ Must be proficient with Microsoft office, email application, facebook and other common software used of office operations.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
