Job Responsibilities:
∎ Booking hotel, travel ticketing. Arranging car.
∎ Attending Telephone Calls
∎ Checking other staffs working.
∎ Exposed to Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System.
∎ Manage premises agreement & rent, utility bills. (Electricity, Water, Telephone, etc.), Security & Cleaning Services, planters, general maintenance, transports, office equipment, property.
∎ Responsible for maintain/arrange official meeting as per management requirement.
∎ Trade license, office permission, work permit, VISA certificate of incorporation, IRC, RJSC, SEC and BIDA related work.
∎ Procure daily necessary equipment for office
∎ Procure IT related stuff like printer, laptop, printer INK, photocopier, scanner and so on'
∎ Make Payments to external and internal customers
∎ Maintain Tax with Lawyer
∎ Maintain Banking work i.e deposit money, withdraw money, checkbook maintain, Petty cash maintain.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Bonus 2 times, 5 days/week
