Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed university (minimum)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking government regulations for buildings, projects.
∎ Project Management.
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint.
∎ Has to be a registered Architect of IAB (Institute of Architects, Bangladesh).
∎ Able to conduct meetings with clients, architects, sub-contractors, other relevant professionals.
∎ Follow and execute relevant work orders given by the Country Manager.
∎ Searching information of bidding
Additional Requirements:
∎ Overseas or foreign company's experienced person is preferential.
∎ Project names, job role, project period, and portfolio has to be mentioned specifically on the CV
∎ Excellent command in English - both Spoken and Written
∎ Solid command on BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code)
∎ Experience in working with RAJUK, PWD, LGED
∎ Experience in working with E - GP Tender
