Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in accounting
∎ CC/ ACMA/ ICMAB will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting and VAT, Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable Receivable, Commercial/ Export-Import, Tally Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the day to day operation of the Accounts Department., follow up cash book, ledger and daily transaction.
∎ Preparation of financial statement using ERP software.
∎ Prepare project proposals for obtaining loan from different financial institutions.
∎ Prepare monthly bank & others reconciliation statement.
∎ Follow up the all types of Loan account and checking bank interest.
∎ Prepare, analyze, and interpret all types of statements (i.e: Balance Sheet, Income, Fund Allocation, Cash Flow, Purchase, etc.) to management in a timely basis.
∎ Take preparation of all kinds of accounting reports, presentations as per management requirements
∎ Must have sound knowledge about the documents require for becoming limited company.
∎ Monitor recovery of bad debt and plan with respective departments to recover bad debts and credit limit as well.
∎ Ensure proper completion and compliance of Tax & Vat related works of the organization.
∎ Project wise working capital management, Fund & loan management, investment analysis.
∎ Collect & reconcile all Banking related transaction/Statements.
∎ Control all related works of the Accounts Department. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
∎ Take preparation of all kinds of accounting reports, presentations as per management requirements.
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted from time to time by the Management.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
