Responsibilities & Context:
Management Duties
Supervise daily office operations
Manage staff and office activities
Maintain communication with clients/customers
Prepare reports for higher authorities
Monitor sales, purchases, and business performance
Ensure office discipline and workflow
Accounting Duties
Maintain cash book and ledger
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills
Handle daily financial transactions
Prepare salary sheets and payroll
Maintain bank transactions and reconciliations
Prepare monthly/annual financial reports
Monitor expenses and budgeting
Assist with tax and audit-related work
