Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Masters/ MBA, B.COM (Honors)/ BBA , major in accounting or finance from any reputed public or private university

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for full control & monitoring of overall activities of the Accounts and Finance department of the companies.
∎ • Responsible for financial management including planning and control, budgeting, preparing financial reports, establish and maintain appropriate internal control among others.
∎ • Effectively manage, control & disburse fund, monitor budgetary control system & ensure books of accounts on a regular basis.
∎ • Prepare reports for management by summarizing financial position in the areas of income, expenditure, capital usage and cash flows as per BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard).
∎ • Comprehensive understanding of financial models, financial analytical reports, data and information and suggest the top management accordingly.
∎ • Follow up products costing and preparation of monthly/yearly cost budget.
∎ • Establish credit control.
∎ • Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ annual budget as necessary.
∎ • Supervise financial Statements in accordance with standard procedure.
∎ • Ensure timely reporting of Financial Statements in monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
∎ • Supervise and monitor the reconciliation of all general ledger and subsidiary ledger.
∎ • Monitor, review, control the accounting transaction, records and documentation.
∎ • Verify transactions are properly recorded into the register book and software.
∎ • Develop the Chart of Accounts.
∎ • Follow up and keep overall control of all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ • Supervise fixed assets, inventories, receivables, payables and general accounting functions.
∎ • Ensure the Cash Management Functions and Banking transactions.
∎ • Reporting monthly and year ending financial statements with accompanying analysis of results.
∎ • Preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast, cash flow projection, monthly accounts and others as per management requirement.
∎ • Assist in development of ERP system and Customer Information & Management System (CIMS).
∎ • Assist in development & implementation of any policy for establishment of internal control system.
∎ • Preparation of Tax return and submission of Tax returns on time as per law.
∎ • Supervise the total working process as per requirement of external auditors.
∎ • Preparation of any company profile/ accounts/ documents as required for the purpose of processing any loan or credit rating and assistance for making any contract documents (financial portion only).
∎ • Any LC or advance TT related works for importing goods from abroad.
∎ • Any work in respect of insurance policy of any property, plant and equipment etc. of the company.
∎ • Control, monitor and guide the subordinates for any process of work.
∎ • Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are properly complied.
∎ • Maintain liaison with Tax & VAT office and others.
∎ • Maintenance of Cash Book based on necessity.
∎ • Financial planning and analysis.
∎ • Maintain all books of accounts, register, ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of organization the Provision of IAS, IFRS, ISA, as well as the Companies Act, 1994 and other applicable law for Medical College & Hospital.
∎ • Ensure compliance with set accounting and reporting standards
∎ • Drive the statutory and internal audits for the department and ensure compliance laws and regulation; provide information to the Management regarding the same.
∎ • Budgeting and budgetary control.
∎ • Preparation of accounts to meet the various expectation.
∎ • Monitoring & controlling different departmental expenses in line with budget.
∎ • Performance analysis, product wise, department wise.
∎ • Preparing & Monitoring Company's Cash balance/cash flow & reporting to the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla
∎ • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
∎ • Knowledge of principles of financial administration, including budgeting, reporting, taxation and revenue
∎ • Microsoft Office software with intermediate MS Excel
∎ • ERP Expertise
∎ • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
∎ • Cost point experience.
∎ • Experience in a Medical College & Hospital will be preferable.
∎ • Must have expertise on Accounting Software. Convert company's manual accounting system into an automated one using accounting software.
∎ • Should be highly proactive, self-motivated, committed and energetic.
∎ • Must have good command in English, good interpersonal, communication & analytical skills.
∎ • Should have strong leadership & negotiation skills
∎ • Must have high level of honesty & integrity.
∎ • Must be very hard working.
∎ • Should have the capacity to work with different Accounting/ ERP based software.
