Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Masters/ MBA, B.COM (Honors)/ BBA , major in accounting or finance from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Commercial/ Purchase,Purchase

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Group of Companies, Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchasing of all goods and equipment required by the hospital.
∎ Supervise the purchase of correct goods and materials at a competitive price and proper quantities/volumes.
∎ Regularly report on goods purchased and inventory levels so to allow for more effective future purchasing.
∎ Work with hospital management to improve the purchasing process as a way to reduce waste and improve profitability.
∎ Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hospital areas.
∎ Collect and compile the proposals and evaluate all the proposal for pre-selection criterion, technical and financial proposals
∎ Collect feedback from other clients regarding their performance of shortlisted suppliers and ensure Block Party Screening on shortlisting
∎ Involve the procurement Committee basing on the Level Of Authority (LOA) and present the evaluation process, disqualification if any, selection and awarding issues.
∎ Maintain the transparency and compliance as per WV policy
∎ Check the quality and sample before finalization of award and get confirmation from the users.
∎ Document all facts and figures in the comparative bid analysis and get it approved by the appropriate authority.
∎ Handover the PO and sample to the Warehouse Staffs to ensuring deliver as per sample.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and pursue regularly
∎ Communicate with the requestor regarding the delivery update proactively.
∎ Get the signed delivery challan and Generate GRN.
∎ Ensure the bill submission from the supplier in time with VAT-11 certificate if paid by the supplier in advance.
∎ Compile all required document for bill processing to finance.
∎ Communicate with the internal and external stakeholders for any issue related to specification budget, quality conformance and process related issues.
∎ Study the policy regularly and avoid any non-compliance issues
∎ Report all complexities and deviations to the supervisor/line manager
∎ Clear understanding on procurement process related documentation and audit queries.
∎ Manage the Procurement within the minimum lead time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experiences in similar position at any reputed hospital
∎ Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
∎ Computer proficiency required like MS office, email etc.
∎ Team Work ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer Literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and Supply Chain Management software
∎ Knowledge on database management and process filing documentation knowledge.
∎ Ability to communicate in English fluently in all forms of communication (Reading, writing, speaking and listening)
∎ Ability to cope up and mix up with multicultural and multi-linguistic people
∎ PGD or training from reputed organization on Supply Chain and procurement management.
∎ Knowledge on Public Procurement (PPP) development organizations policy and compliance issues will be preferred
∎ Experience of working in emergency response in the development/government sector will be highly preferred.
∎ Ability to undertake extensive work pressure continuously.
∎ Ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders confidently, politely with logical argument.
