Accounting, Tally ERP 9
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Must be able creating & maintaining a company profile in Tally-ERP Software & All Accounts.
∎ • Must be knowledge procedure of Government Tender Related All Issue & its Accounts.
∎ • Record Journal Voucher to General Journal Book
∎ • Record Cash Receipts to Cash Receipts Book
∎ • Update General Ledger for the Month
∎ • Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts
∎ • Preparation of Financial Statement
∎ • Maintaining Books of Accounts (Cash Book, Ledger Book, Cheque Register, Stock Register)
∎ • Handling petty cash.
∎ • Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Company.
∎ • Must have sufficient knowledge on MS. Word, MS. Excel and Accounting Software (Tally, ERP).
∎ • Prepare accounts for Internal & External Audit.
∎ • Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
∎ • Must be knowledge Procedure of L/C.
∎ • To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time

∎ • Strong verbal and written communication skills on Business Level English

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
