∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Accounts and audit, Tally software.

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able creating & maintaining a company Accounts Head in Tally-ERP Software & All Accounts.
∎ Must be knowledge procedure of Government Tender Related All Issue & its Accounts.
∎ Record Journal Voucher to General Journal Book Posting to Tally -ERP-9
∎ Prepared the Receivable and payable.
∎ Prepared General Ledger & Cash Book to Manual.
∎ Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement
∎ Maintaining Books of Accounts (Cash Book, Ledger Book, Cheque Register, Stock Register)
∎ Handling petty cash.
∎ Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Company.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on MS. Word, MS. Excel and Accounting Software (Tally, ERP).
∎ Prepare accounts for Internal & External Audit.
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
∎ Must be knowledge Procedure of L/C.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time
∎ Prepare manual debit& Credit \bank Voucher, Invoice, Bill Voucher, prepare all purchase & sales voucher posting & Print to Tally ER\p-9.
∎ Highly knowledge on Tally Software ERP-9 and Journal Entry.
∎ Prepare the monthly all cash and bank Transaction Report.
∎ Independently Control the Accounts & Finance Site.
∎ Analyzed the Investment, bank reconciliation, overall company activities and provide the management should take the decision.
∎ Ensure the timely clearance all VAT & TAX Submission.
∎ Company all Banking site Analyzation.
∎ Knowledge on construction and supply.
∎ Good Skill communication the employee and management Authority.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
