Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must be M.com (Accounting)/ MBA (Major in accounting) from Public University/reputed Private University.
∎ Completed CA course.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough understanding of the financial reporting and maintaining general ledger.
∎ Capable of making and implementing recommendations to Improve accounting processes and procedures.
∎ Capable of preparing balance sheet, budgeting and control the whole accounts of the company.
∎ Skilled in MS Office, and Integrated Accounting Package thru- Tally-ERP9 software.
∎ Candidates having no working experience in RMG industry NEED NOT APPLY.
∎ Capable of following instructions of seniors and guide the sub-ordinates in running the accounts dept: smoothly.
∎ Prepare & maintain Receipts & Payment vouchers, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party registers related to finance & accounts, Employees Register.
∎ Capable to prepare balance sheet, budgeting and control the whole accounts of the company.
∎ Supervise and monitor VAT and Tax related activities of company independently.
∎ Must ensure on time preparation & submission of an accurate monthly receipt & payment statement and half yearly/yearly accounts of each company separately.
∎ Assist/Provide the Finance Department with the daily banking transaction records.

∎ Must have clear hand writing in English and Bengali & Good command in English language.
