• Accounting, Finance, Taxations, Accounting Software, Accounts Finance Audit.

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements and projections to the senior management team.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards and internal policies.
• Audit: Coordinate and manage external and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop the accounts and finance team, forecasting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support organizational goals and growth.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control expenditures to optimize financial performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including investors, banks and regulatory bodies.
