Responsibilities & Context:
Europial BD Limited is a German-Bangladeshi joint venture engaged in the processing and export of premium-quality food products such as pickled garlic and chilies. We operate with international standards of hygiene, quality control, and transparency, aiming to establish Bangladesh as a trusted origin for high-end food exports.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team and take responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring full compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare and update cash books, ledgers, and vouchers.
Handle petty cash, advances, and reconciliations for factory, office, and project sites.
Record and verify all payments, receipts, and journal entries in accounting software.
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Assist in preparing budgets and cost analysis reports.
Support external audits and ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
Maintain coordination with bank, suppliers, and management regarding financial matters.
Ensure all documentation is properly filed and traceable.
