Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context
∎ This position is responsible for managing Accounts, finance of the Hospital.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Supervise and ensure correct Hospital billing and accounting system.
∎ Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
∎ Ensure that all applicable Tax and VAT are deducted from the invoices.
∎ Prepare all necessary periodic and year-end reports.
∎ Maintain Cashbook, daily receipt and payment.
∎ Keep up to date all accounting entry in software.
∎ Ensure eligible VAT and TAX from supplier's payment, Consultant payments and salary.
∎ Responsible for company's all types of Tax issues and return.
∎ Analysis all suppliers bill, payment and consumption.
∎ Audit others department reagent and material consumptions.
∎ Take initiative Upgrading accounting system and software reporting system.
